Financial Options

Sometimes, stuff happens . . .

  • Your car is repossessed . . .
  • Your bank account is garnished . . .
  • Your house is in foreclosure . . .
  • Your company can not pay it bills . . .
  • Creditors are constantly calling . . .
  • And there is just not enough money to meet all of your financial obligations.

What do you do?  Who do you turn to?
Consult with competent bankruptcy counsel:

A client should be fully aware of all of the financial options that are open to them in order to make an informed decision as to how to proceed when dealing with delinquent financial obligations. Although there is probably no one source that can provide a listing and review of ALL financial options available, a competent bankruptcy attorney is able to counsel and advise clients on many of the federal and state options that are available and applicable, in order to resolve a client's financial concerns. Be wary of any attorney that JUST discusses bankruptcy filings as a way to resolve your financial issues. In some circumstances, a bankruptcy case filing, before a federal bankruptcy court, is the LAST place a client should put themselves. A fully informed, competent bankruptcy attorney should be able to advise you when a bankruptcy case filing, or any other financial steps, are necessary to provide you with relief. If you have any doubts . . . .ask questions; ask lots of questions.
